Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
  - If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
  - After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
  - Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  - Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  Refunds are only applicable in the following case:
  Duplicate Payment / Transaction:
  If your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
  To claim a refund for a duplicate transaction:

  Screenshot or proof of both payment confirmations
  Your contact information
  Once verified, the duplicate amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
